The following policies have been established to create an environment of mutual respect for a better learning situation.
Please read this carefully and take it seriously. Thank you for your consideration.

Fees and Payment
Please contact me for current lesson fees. Tuition for the entire month is due on the first lesson of that month. If this is a hardship, we can arrange a bimonthly or weekly payment schedule. If there is credit left over from the previous month it will be deducted from the current month’s fees.

Missed and Cancelled Lessons
If necessary, a lesson can be cancelled with at least twenty-four (24) hours advance notice and rescheduled as my schedule permits. No refunds or credit will be given for more than one missed lesson a year. In other words, if you fail to notify me that you or your child will not attend the lesson ahead of time, this is considered a missed lesson. In the case of illness, you should still notify me ahead of time that you or your child will not be attending. Emergency situations will be considered and discussed.

Any lessons missed or cancelled by me will be made up if possible. Otherwise, the monthly fee will be adjusted or credit will be given.

Music Materials
Music and materials for the student will be determined by me, on an individual basis, and will be purchased by me. A fee for materials will be charged. In addition, the student should own a metronome. This may be purchased from any local music store.

Studio Etiquette
Students should arrive on time with all the necessary music materials.

My wish is to offer the best possible education for each student on an individual basis and to help them achieve their musical goals and dreams.
